After several years of vacancy, Café Albrecht on Leutkircher Market Street has reopened, offering a refreshed dining experience that blends traditional café elements with contemporary design. The new concept, masterminded by 25-year-old local resident Pia Hillebrand, promises a cozy yet modern atmosphere and a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The revamped café offers a diverse menu catering to various meal times. In the morning, patrons can enjoy a range of breakfast and brunch options, followed by a lunch menu featuring seasonal dishes during the week. As the day progresses, the café transitions into an afternoon café, offering specialty coffees and light snacks. In the evening, the menu expands to include pizzas and salads.

Pia Hillebrand, who also operates two businesses in Wangen with a business partner, is delighted with the result of the extensive renovation. The renovation was carried out on behalf of the local real estate company "We four from here." The redesigned dining area offers more than 30 seats, with additional seating areas being created in front of the building, under opposite arches, and in front of the town hall, totaling an additional 50 seats.

The café's interior boasts a mix of comfortable indoor seating, with stylish and inviting ambiance, and outdoor seating that allows patrons to enjoy the vibrant market street atmosphere. The design incorporates natural materials and warm lighting to create a welcoming environment for guests whether they come for a quick coffee or a leisurely meal.

Pia's sister, Lina, serves as the restaurant manager at Café Albrecht. The name "Café Albrecht" will be retained after the reopening. Pia also plans to start a new catering business at the café, further expanding its offerings.
