In the northern outskirts of Berlin, a new development project is set to transform the area of Klosterfelde. The construction project, located at Klosterfelder Hauptstraße 37, has garnered broad support from the population and political representatives.

Dr. Simon Kempf, CEO of Land Development GmbH, expressed his excitement about the approval of the development plan, stating that it paves the way for an attractive and sustainably used neighborhood. The company, along with Guediri Holding GmbH, has been given the opportunity to build a news neighborhood in the Wandlitz district of Klosterfelde.

The project, which includes around 350 apartments and ten commercial units, is expected to contribute to the densification of existing neighborhoods. The center of the future neighborhood will be a square that will serve as a market place, while a community center and a parking garage are also planned.

The good cooperation between the two companies and the municipality has led to a prompt approval process for the construction project in Klosterfelde. The developers plan to create an urban neighborhood with mixed use of residential and commercial units, designed to fit well with the Wandlitz surroundings through varying floor heights.

Klosterfelde, known for its high demand for apartments and commercial space, will benefit from the increase in the frequency of trains planned for the construction of the news neighborhood. Currently, trains only run on an hourly basis in the Klosterfelde area. The A10 motorway and the Heidekrautbahn of the NEB offer residents good connections to the German motorway network and the Berlin public transport network.

The rapid growth of the nearby district of Pankow has highlighted Klosterfelde's great growth potential. More Berliners are moving to the outskirts of Klosterfelde, and the news neighborhood is expected to accommodate this growing population. The developers emphasize that the new buildings will be oriented according to sustainability, economic, and ecological efficiency guidelines.

The Berlin city center is currently reachable within 40 minutes from Klosterfelde, making it an attractive location for both residents and businesses. Together with the municipality, Land Development GmbH plans to define the framework conditions for future development, ensuring a bright future for the growing community of Klosterfelde.
