Space Solutions, a leading workplace design consultancy founded in Aberdeen in 1997, has transitioned to 100% employee ownership. This significant move aims to futureproof the company and safeguard its success for both employees and clients.
The transition sees the establishment of an employee ownership trust (EOT), which now holds the business on behalf of the team. Steve Judge remains at the helm as founder and managing director, joined by owner and directors Kenny Cope and Mark Wilson. The leadership team also includes experienced non-executive directors Mark Adams and John G.
