Toy manufacturer Playmobil, based in Zirndorf, has unveiled a new Trachten pair set, designed as a miniature representation of typically Bavarian elements, in celebration of the Munich Oktoberfest.
The set, numbered 72094, includes two figures – one in Dirndl and the other in Lederhosen – adorned with symbolic accessories such as a pretzel and a gingerbread heart. This set is not just for children but also serves as a collector's item or gift idea, aiming to bring the Oktoberfest atmosphere and love for one's homeland tangible beyond the beer tents.
The special figure "Schwarzwald Marie" from the set sold out quickly, and plans for a second edition are underway.
