Outdoor Swimming Season Winds Down: Fischerteich & Hiddesen Pools Close This Weekend

The 2025 outdoor swimming season is drawing to a close this weekend. The Fischerteich outdoor pool will shut its gates on Saturday, August 30, while the Hiddesen pool will follow suit a day later. Meanwhile, the Outdoor Pools in Berlebeck and Schwarzenbrink will extend their seasons.

The Fischerteich pool will close on Saturday, marking the end of the outdoor swimming season for many in the area. However, outdoor enthusiasts can still enjoy the waters at the Berlebeck and Schwarzenbrink pools. The Schwarzenbrink pool will remain open from Monday to Saturday, with varying hours each day. Similarly, the Berlebeck pool will be accessible from Monday to Sunday, with different opening times throughout the week.

Both the Berlebeck and Schwarzenbrink pools will close at 6:30 PM on their respective closing days. The Hiddesen outdoor pool will also bid farewell to swimmers on Sunday, August 31.
