Nearly one billion rubles to be spent on lighting homes in Krasnoyarsk

Contractors will be selected by March 20th. They're expected to finish the job by the end of this year - no later than November 15th.
As stated in the bid, the objectives of the lighting installation are to "maintain aesthetics and urban beautification" and "create a nighttime lighting ambiance for the city."
From the documents, it appears that various LED light fixtures and projectors with a color temperature of 4000K will be used for the project.
