Member States are being urged to align their laws in protecting workers from radiation hazards, as per a new proposal put forward by the Commission.
The Immelborn Fair returns this August, promising a week of excitement and enjoyment for everyone. From the 28th of August to the 1st of September, 2025, the festival grounds in Immelborn will be transformed into a hub of activity.
The fair kicks off on Sunday at 3 PM, with a children's fair filled with games, fun, and live music by RMD-Music. The fair will continue for five days, with a variety of events and activities planned throughout.
On Friday, many fair associations will be present, offering exciting games for visitors to enjoy. The fair tent will open at 9 PM, featuring RMD-Music and a wish disco. On Saturday, the band X-Change will take the stage from 8 PM.
The fair church service will be held on Thursday at 5 PM in the Amalienkirche in Immelborn. The maypole will be set up on the festival grounds at 6 PM on the same day. On Saturday, the young men and women will march through the village from 8 AM. Sunday will open with a breakfast and the Breitungen fire brigade band at 10 AM.
A traditional competition between the Upper and Lower village will take place, with the winning district receiving an attractive prize. Delicious huttes and goulash will be available on Monday from 5 PM, prepared by the Immelborn volunteer fire department.
The fair will close on Monday around 7:30 PM, with the fair society carrying it to its conclusion and looking back on the past weekend.
