The shop, spanning 398.5 sq.m on the ground floor of a residential building, boasts a separate entrance from Independence Avenue and a steady customer flow. The pet shop's sale was noticed by Office Life, and the asking price for "Nature" is approximately Br74,500 ($25,000).
The sale announcement refers to "Nature" as a historic place, and it comes as no surprise that the shop is being sold as a ready-made business. This includes its existing employees, remaining stock, customer base, and verified suppliers. Additionally, advertising clients are also included in the sale, with most display windows occupied by pet product brand banners.
The pet shop's location in smaller towns, districts with high unemployment, or rural areas qualifies it for a state support of 15 Basic Units of Payment (BUP), equivalent to Br7315.8.
