Hamburg's 'Bloom & Bricks' Quarter: Luxury Living Meets Sustainability

A new residential quarter, 'Bloom & Bricks', is taking shape in Hamburg-Winterhude. This innovative project combines brick architecture and modern technology with a strong focus on sustainability and ecological responsibility. Set to be completed by 2027, it will offer 124 high-quality owner-occupied apartments at prices exceeding 10,000 euros per square meter.

Spanning approximately 5,400 square meters, the quarter is bounded by Poßmoorweg, Heidberg, and Krohnskamp. It will feature brick arches, green canopies, modern balconies, and lush inner courtyards, including a versatile play area and publicly accessible green spaces. The design incorporates energy-efficient heating and charging stations, reflecting the developers' commitment to sustainability.

To further enhance its environmental impact, 'Bloom & Bricks' will see the afforestation of 3,000 square meters of forest in the Harz and the renaturation of 10,000 square meters of area in the Schönwolder Moor. The quarter aims to blend urban living with nature, creating a harmonious and eco-friendly community.

The 'Bloom & Bricks' quarter is a testament to Hamburg's dedication to sustainable urban development. With its unique blend of brick architecture and modern technology, it promises to be a green oasis in the heart of Winterhude. The project is being maintained by Harring Immobilien, ensuring the quarter's long-term sustainability and appeal for future residents.
