Enchanted Tales - Third Installment
In the whimsical world of Paul McCann's "Fairytale Collection," a captivating story unfolds titled "The Fairy Who Chases Rainbows."
Deezer, a fairy, soars through the skies on wings that dance with the wind, making her way to the throne of the King of Flight. Meanwhile, a Cuddlebug emerges from a honeysuckle funnel, adding a touch of playfulness to the scene.
Accompanied by her winged horse, Peggy, Deezer flies over endless clouds, through tunnels in the sky, and past the windows of time. As they journey, they are joined by butterflies carrying fresh buttercups filled with green tea.
The pair encounter Pogleown, the polisher of the stars, who makes a wish by a well in the woods. The King of Flight then summons the Owls of the night to bring Peggy and Deezer to a garden to celebrate the Dance of the Dragonflies Dream.
Upon arrival, the dragonflies are curious about the graceful dancer, who is revealed to be Deezer, the one who chases rainbows for the King with her friend, the horse that can fly. Wild flowers appear, and the forest creatures cheer as the Dragonfly brings tea for everyone.
However, Peggy reminds Deezer they must go before it's too late. They continue their flight through sky tunnels but must return to the Mountain of Mists as the sunset approaches. The shadow Keeper, a mysterious figure, appears and throws a blanket of dark shadows around Peggy and Deezer, mentioning having permission from the King of Flight to travel wherever they like.
The shadow Keeper claims to have been invited to the King of Flight's castle and stayed with him beyond the colorless sky. He wishes them luck and believes they have been chosen. Deezer, in turn, makes fairy floss for everyone to eat.
The story continues as Peggy and Deezer find themselves in Shadowland, a place that doesn't welcome fairies or horses that fly. Yet, they press on, chasing rainbows higher than ever in the sky, with crowds of silent dream makers watching and waving as they fly by.
In Chapter 3, we delve deeper into the adventures of Deezer, the fairy who chases rainbows, and her loyal companion Peggy, the horse with wings. The novel promises a journey filled with wonder, friendship, and the pursuit of dreams.
