The flagship property, EPIISOD Macquarie Park, is under construction in Sydney and promises a high-end, sustainable living experience for students.

It will offer 732 beds with a range of modern rooms, catering to both international and domestic students. Centurion Corporation, which operates student housing in Australia, Singapore, and Japan, aims to expand the EPIISOD brand across Australia. At least four more properties are in development in Melbourne and Perth. The company seeks to redefine student living by combining high-end design, smart technology, sustainability, and student wellbeing. The property will have strong sustainability credentials, including solar energy systems and environmentally sensitive design. Students can register for residency via the EPIISOD website and will benefit from the EPIISOD Experience programme, offering perks like weekday breakfasts, housekeeping services, and curated events.
