Afternoon fun ensured at Rupe Community House Café through entertaining activities
On Friday, September 26, the Arent Rupe House, a barrier-free facility located at Flughafenstraße 7 in Brackel, will host a community event. The gathering, which takes place between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, is organised by the employees of the church's senior center and is open to the neighbourhood.
The event offers a variety of activities, including Skat and chess, where players can challenge others, play tricks, or checkmate their opponents. Attendees are welcome to bring their own games or request board games. For those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, the chance to converse with fellow players is available.
In addition to the games, the Arent-Rupe community center will offer cake, coffee, tea, and cold drinks for purchase. The seniors are kindly asked to bring their own coffee cups to the event, and glasses will be provided for the drinks.
The Arent Rupe House is easily accessible by tram U43 or buses 420 and 422. The nearest stop for public transportation is "Kirche Brackel". If the weather permits, boules can be played in front of the community center, adding to the enjoyable and entertaining afternoon.
